Booking Instructions

• Best Way to Book: Booking online through our official platform at lsdive.com is highly preferred. It provides real-time access to our live calendar, scheduling availability, and immediate reservation locking.
• Deposit Requirements: Private charters—including offshore spearfishing and deep-water ocean diving—as well as specialized SDI certification courses require a 50% deposit upon booking. Seasonal shared scalloping runs require full payment at the time of reservation.
• Payment Methods Accepted: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through our encrypted digital payment system.
• When Final Payment is Due: The remaining balance for all private boat outings is collected at the boarding location on the morning of your scheduled departure.
• Cancellation Window: To modify or cancel your reservation without losing your deposit, you must notify our office at least 14 days before your scheduled launch time.

Customer Support & Policies

• Cancellation Policy Summary: Cancellations submitted outside of our 14-day window will receive a full credit applied toward a future open date. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable.
• Weather Policy: Long-range offshore runs, particularly those to the Florida Middle Grounds, are subject to changing Gulf conditions and subsurface visibility. Your safety is our absolute priority. If marine forecasts indicate heavy winds, severe swells, or unviable diving environments, the captain will cancel the run.
• Reschedule Information: If a charter is officially called off by our crew due to offshore weather conditions, we will coordinate directly with your group leader to transition your booking to the next available date.
• Refund Policy: Full refunds are granted exclusively if a trip is canceled by Liquid Silence Dive due to severe weather and an agreeable reschedule window cannot be established. Please note that our freshwater spring training sessions and drift dives at locations like Blue Grotto, Devil's Den, and the Rainbow River feature highly stable conditions year-round and are rarely impacted by coastal weather changes.
